We are currently seeking a dynamic Traffic/Shipping Coordinator to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business. 

As a Traffic/Shipping Coordinator, you will:

  • Daily shipment management.
  • Communicate with worldwide customers about the shipment delivery, customer complaints, documentation, and special request. 
  • Communicate with production team, supply team, and 3rd party logistic center.

  • Support daily shipment fulfillment during quarter end/month end.

  • Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.

  • Experience with import/export is a beneficial.
  • Experience in Oracle platform is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel.
  • Bachelor degree is preferred.
