Inside Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

You will play a key role in supporting our regional sales organization partnering closely with Account Managers and sales leadership to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and high-quality execution across your assigned region and accounts.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

  • Develop and qualify new lead opportunities to drive incremental revenue across target verticals.

  • Generate prospective customers through warm and cold calling, marketing-generated leads, telemarketing, and web inquiries.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and end-users.

  • Manage the full sales cycle for smaller opportunities, including renewals and transactional business.

  • Support Account Managers through joint strategic planning, opportunity management, and customer engagement.

  • Provide coverage for Account Managers during absences, including forecast reviews, QBR participation, and acting as the first point of contact for accounts and partners.

  • Work closely with senior sales leadership to monitor KPIs, dashboards, and Salesforce (SFDC) data quality.
