As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high level support to senior leadership.
- Manage complex calendars, arranging travel and handling communications
- Develop and Analise reports and detail complex findings
- Creating and editing presentations
- Taking ownership of key projects and assisting with strategic planning
- Respond to sales inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
- Prepare sales documents
- Create weekly sales reports using Salesforce and share insights
