The Opportunity
We're looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to own and scale the engine that drives Flexport's pipeline and revenue growth. You'll lead a team of marketers responsible for the full spectrum of growth marketing — from top-of-funnel acquisition to lead nurturing to conversion. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics, and is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable building apps, creating campaigns, optimizing paid media, and generating pipeline through unconventional methods.
