Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Designer to own and evolve our Design System. This is a critical role that will shape the future of our products’ user experiences by creating a unified and scalable design language. You will be responsible for leading the design and maintenance of our design system, ensuring it empowers our product and engineering teams to build high-quality, consistent, and user-friendly experiences. We’re specifically looking to expand our library into AI components, motion interaction, and charting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design System Growth: Plan, scale, and monitor the design system, ensuring all components and guidelines are up-to-date and meet the needs of our product teams. This includes gathering requirements for component needs, writing up component specs, and accounting for as many use cases as possible
