Technical Program Manager – Release Readiness
Position Summary
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Release Readiness supports the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of product releases across cross‑functional engineering, product, and go‑to‑market teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams.
The TPM ensures that release readiness activities follow established processes, program milestones, and governance expectations. The role focuses on driving clarity, facilitating execution, and coordinating stakeholders to ensure that releases meet quality and timeline commitments.
Primary Responsibilities
Program & Project Execution
- Build and maintain project plans, including scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and communication plans.
- Support product lifecycle processes and ensure required artifacts, checkpoints, and milestones are completed.
