Senior Product Manager, Revenue Technology (Oracle Fusion)

Role Summary 

The Senior Product Manager, Revenue Technology will play a critical role in transforming and scaling F5’s Revenue Technology ecosystem. This leader will serve as the business product owner for revenue platforms and processes, with a primary focus on the Oracle Fusion technology stack modules Revenue Management, Receivables, Order Management, Subscription Management, Pricing, and related Quote-to-Cash capabilities. 

The Senior Product Manager will partner closely with Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Accounting, IT, Architecture, and Engineering teams to define and execute a strategic roadmap that enables scalable growth, operational excellence, compliance, and superior customer experience. 

The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise and proven hands-on experience implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Revenue Recognition and Accounts Receivable solutions, while driving end-to-end business transformation across Order-to-Cash and Revenue Management processes. 

This role requires a process-first, outcome-driven mindset to simplify complex business processes, modernize legacy capabilities, and create an integrated revenue ecosystem that supports F5’s business objectives. 

What You’ll Do 

Product Ownership and Strategy 

  • Serve as the product owner for Revenue Technology platforms, with Oracle Fusion as the core enterprise platform. 

  • Define and manage the multi-year product roadmap for Quote-to-Cash, Revenue Recognition, Billing, Collections, and Revenue Operations capabilities. 

  • Align technology investments with business objectives, operational priorities, and compliance requirements. 

  • Identify high-value AI use cases, architect and deliver integrated AI solutions, including agentic workflows using out of the box Oracle fusion Agents. 

  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, and IT leadership to prioritize initiatives and maximize business value. 

 

Revenue Process Transformation 

  • Lead end-to-end process transformation across: 

  • Lead-to-Order 

  • Quote-to-Cash 

  • Order-to-Revenue 

  • Subscription Lifecycle Management 

  • Billing and Collections 

  • Revenue Recognition and Reporting 

  • Drive process standardization, automation, and simplification across global business functions. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort through technology innovation. 

 

Oracle Fusion Platform Leadership 

  • Own the product vision and capability roadmap for Oracle Fusion Revenue Technology solutions. 

  • Partner with architects and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions leveraging: 

  • Oracle Fusion ERP 

  • Oracle Order Management Cloud 

  • Oracle Subscription Management 

  • Oracle Revenue Management 

  • Oracle Receivables 

  • Oracle Pricing 

  • Ensure seamless integration between Oracle Fusion and adjacent systems including CRM, CPQ, eCommerce, data platforms, and reporting tools. 

 

Cross Functional Leadership 

  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. 

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, Sales Operations, and Customer Operations teams to define business capabilities and requirements. 

  • Facilitate executive alignment on priorities, investment decisions, and strategic outcomes. 

  • Influence decisions across reporting, forecasting, revenue operations, and business analytics. 

 

Data Governance and Business Insights 

  • Drive revenue data governance initiatives to ensure consistency, accuracy, and trust in business metrics. 

  • Define and manage key revenue data domains and master data standards. 

  • Enable real-time visibility into bookings, billings, backlog, ARR, revenue, and renewal performance. 

  • Support executive decision making through integrated reporting and analytics capabilities. 

 

Delivery and Execution 

  • Lead large-scale enterprise initiatives from ideation through deployment and adoption. 

  • Establish measurable success criteria and business outcomes for all product investments. 

  • Partner with engineering teams using Agile methodologies to deliver incremental value. 

  • Manage stakeholder communications, change management, and adoption strategies. 

 

Qualifications 

Required 

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Revenue Technology. 

  • Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and Quote-to-Cash processes. 

  • Strong understanding of revenue accounting, subscription business models, billing, collections, and revenue recognition. 

  • Experience leading complex enterprise transformation programs across business and technology organizations. 

  • Proven ability to define product roadmaps and prioritize investments based on business outcomes. 

  • Experience working with executive stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Technology. 

Preferred 

  • Experience supporting SaaS, subscription, or recurring revenue business models. 

  • Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition requirements. 

  • Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, Subscription Management, and enterprise integration platforms. 

  • Familiarity with data governance, analytics, and enterprise reporting strategies. 

  • MBA or equivalent business and technology leadership experience. 

 

Success Measures 

In the first 12 months, this leader will: 

  • Establish a clear Revenue Technology product strategy and roadmap. 

  • Improve end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process efficiency and automation. 

  • Accelerate adoption and optimization of Oracle Fusion capabilities. 

  • Strengthen revenue data quality and governance. 

  • Deliver measurable improvements in operational productivity, compliance, and business insights. 

  • Build strong partnerships across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams. 

 

This role is ideal for a leader who combines deep Oracle Fusion expertise with strong product management skills and a passion for transforming revenue operations through technology.
