We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Generalist/Business Partner to be a trusted advisor to employees and managers and a key partner to our global People team. This is a hands-on role where your judgement, UK employment expertise, and commercial mindset will really matter.

- Coach and support leaders on performance management, employee engagement, team effectiveness, and handling difficult or sensitive conversations
- Lead UK employee relation matters end to end, including performance issues, absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and complex casework
- Provide clear, pragmatic advice on UK employment law, internal policies, and people’s practices, balancing compliance with commercial realities
- Partner with leaders on organizational change initiatives affecting UK employees, including restructures and role changes, ensuring fair, compliant, and people centered outcomes
