About the team and the role:

Cloud Data Technologies (CDT) builds and operates on-premise, cloud-native data platforms and services that power eBay. Within CDT, the Program Management Office (PMO) brings structure to planning, governance, and delivery.

As a Program Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex, multi-team initiatives within a defined platform or product area. You will translate goals into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and establish consistent delivery practices. This role works closely with Product, Engineering, and partner teams, with a focus on execution, transparency, and continuous improvement.
