What you'll accomplish:
Help our B2C sellers grow their business by setting up and optimizing campaigns from our eBay advertising portfolio.
Supervise and optimize the performance of CPC campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
Maintain efficient workflows to drive customer satisfaction and consistent account growth.
Assist Account Managers in achieving defined performance benchmarks for commercial sellers.
Engage in direct communication with sellers to address needs and provide updates.
Provide actionable recommendations for category-specific performance improvements within CPC campaigns.
Share and implement standardized processes to streamline team workflows.
