About the role...
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Attraction Partner to partner closely with our industry-leading recruiting team, driving both outbound and referral talent efforts. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of identifying, engaging, and inspiring top talent to join our mission.

- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies for high-volume and niche technical roles, with a key focus on Design and Creative roles.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical talent using a mix of outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement
- Attend intake meetings to deeply understand each role’s requirements
