About the Team
Our New Verticals Strategy & Operations team is re-inventing the way consumers think about grocery, convenience, alcohol and retail delivery through both our first-party and third-party operations businesses. DashMart is our first-party offering which serves as a fulfillment platform for DoorDash customers when they need essential items in a hurry – including groceries, household essentials, local favorites and so much more. About the Role
As Manager on our DashMart Strategy & Operations team focused on CPG partnerships - you will define and lead the strategic growth agenda for DashMart’s CPG monetization strategy and operations. This individual will lead the strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination required to grow DashMart-specific CPG investment across Ads, Trade, Promotions, and emerging capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of Ads monetization, trade investment strategy, and go-to-market execution—shaping how brands invest across DashMart and unlocking scalable growth opportunities. This role requires a highly strategic and operational leader who can influence cross-functional stakeholders, develop scalable monetization frameworks, and drive execution across a rapidly evolving CPG ecosystem.
