About the Team
DoorDash is revolutionizing the delivery experience for merchants and customers by offering the next generation of fulfillment services. We’re looking for someone to join the Commerce Platform New Verticals team to rapidly scale our next big bet.
About the Role
The Manager, Commerce Platform Strategy & Operations will build the roadmap for how our product stands apart in the market. You will call the shots on how we distinguish our service experience against our competitors and drive growth within our partnership portfolio. You will be responsible for proposing new service offerings, building business cases, designing implementation strategies, scaling new services across the network, and driving adoption. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and business development to bring your vision to life.
The ideal candidate for this role should be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to take ownership of ambiguous opportunities and build structured product and service strategies from scratch. You will report to the Director, Commerce Platform New Verticals S&O (Growth).
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Lead: Lead a team of ICs on high visibility, cross-functional projects to address our most unique and challenging questions. Most importantly: how do we differentiate our product in the market?
