Job description
from DoorDash careers
DashMart is part of the New Verticals division with Doordash and we are a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers fast, reliable, and high quality delivery.
About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on, people-first leader with strong operational acumen and a high degree of flexibility to serve as a Market Support Manager. In this role, you’ll be assigned a regional territory and be embedded on-site at various DashMart locations to support high-priority initiatives, stabilize operations, and provide interim leadership as needed. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves to lead teams, and enjoys solving problems on the ground.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…- Lead On-Site: Travel frequently within a designated geographic area covering multiple states and serve as an on-the-ground leader at newly launched DashMart sites and sites undergoing complex changes in operations or leadership. Lead, coach, and retain high-performing teams of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, and hourly associates. Set the tone for culture, safety, and performance during every assignment. Assignment duration will be dependent on the unique circumstances of the site.
- Stabilize and Scale: Step in during leadership transitions, new site launches, or operational challenges. Implement standard operating procedures, troubleshoot operational issues, and quickly bring teams up to performance benchmarks.
