About the RoleAs a Technical Program Manager for Hardware NPI you’ll drive execution across cross-functional teams spanning mechanical design, embedded systems, controls, and manufacturing operations. This is a high-ownership, mission-critical role with visibility across the entire hardware product lifecycle—from prototype through scaled deployment.
You will manage the introduction of complex robotic systems into production, define and enforce rigorous development and manufacturing milestones, and ensure seamless coordination across internal engineering and external supply chain partners.
This role is ideal for a TPM with deep technical fluency, comfort in ambiguity, and a proven track record delivering high-stakes, multidisciplinary hardware programs.
