What you'll do We’re looking for a technical, execution-minded Growth Data Science Engineer to build the data and AI systems that power Docusign’s self-serve growth motion. In this role, you will bridge the gap between data science and data engineering, ensuring our growth squad has the infrastructure needed to drive seamless customer acquisition, adoption, expansion, and retention. You will be responsible for building robust data pipelines, deploying AI-driven features, and leveraging modern tools to accelerate development. Partnering closely with a cross-functional squad—including Growth, Product, Engineering, and Marketing—you will implement the technical systems that translate customer intent into real-time, automated product experiences.
