What you'll do In this role, you would be part of the Product-Led Growth (PLG) UX Design Team. We are responsible for the end-to-end self-service journey, focusing on critical stages like onboarding, the trial experience, and long-term retention. As a UX Researcher, you will be a key driver of research impact within the PLG space. You will specifically own and drive our evaluative research engine, establishing a consistent cadence of testing to provide the strategic insights needed to optimize the growth funnel.
