What you'll do The Manager, Agility Sales Development will lead a team of early-career Agility Sales Development Representatives (ASDRs) dedicated to piloting and scaling innovative prospecting motions across segments and verticals. This leader must be skilled in both traditional SDR management (coaching, accountability, performance tracking) and in managing agile, iterative experimentation workstreams. In addition to owning pipeline creation and rep performance, this manager will partner closely with the Sr. Manager of Agility Sales Development to operationalize new go-to-market strategies, test emerging technologies, and capture learnings to inform global sales development innovation.
