What you'll do As an intern on the Directory Platform team, you will partner closely with the Authentication and UX teams to advance Docusign’s commitments to secure, frictionless identity experiences. The project scope will center on strengthening our passkey-based signup and account creation flows. This role will be responsible for building capabilities that reliably detect and prevent risky or invalid identity states during signup, as well as developing tools and workflows within our Directory systems to ensure user accounts are safely created, linked when using passkeys.
