The evolving threats in the cyber space demand an alert team of professionals ready to respond quickly. Our Incident Response team monitors organizational systems and responds to cybersecurity threats. We improve defenses by analyzing cybersecurity incidents, identifying vulnerabilities and providing detailed, actionable reports for the IT security team.
What you’ll achieve:
As an Advisor, you will support incident triage and documentation, maintain accurate records, and assist with response communications. You will prepare status updates and partner with operations teams to implement containment actions. You will contribute to knowledge articles and training that raise team effectiveness.

You will:
- Perform initial triage and escalate based on severity and impact.
- Capture case notes, timelines, and artifacts; ensure audit-ready records.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and stakeholder communications.
- Assist with playbook execution and user awareness communications.

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- Proficiency in Excel/reporting tools and case management systems; high data integrity.
- Understanding of IR processes, SOPs, and service levels.
- Effective communication and teamwork across SOC and IT operations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with ticketing/knowledge management and basic log analysis.
