Senior Principal Engineer 

The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation application enhancements and new products for a changing world. What you’ll achieve

As a Software Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for design intuitive, high-quality user experiences while collaborating closely with engineering teams. This role is UX-first, with optional hands-on capability to contribute to front-end development.

You will:

• Own end-to-end UX: research, wireframes, prototypes, usability validation
• Translate business needs into intuitive design solutions
• Create user flows, design systems, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Partner with engineering for design implementation and quality
• Drive usability and design standards across products

Essential Requirements

• 8+ Years of strong experience in UX/UI design fundamentals and human-cantered design
• Proficiency in Figma / Sketch / InVision
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Strong visual design and interaction design skills
• Working knowledge of Angular / React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Desirable Requirements

• 8-12 years of relevant experience
