We’re looking for a New Partner Experience Advisor to join our Manchester team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link for our Belgium partners during their first two months on the platform, ensuring they have the tools, confidence, and strategy to build for long-term success.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the New Partner Experience (NPX) team. We work cross-functionally with Sales and Account Managers to ensure our newest partners have a smooth journey, helping them navigate our systems and maximise their growth from day one.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Lead Partner Success: Act as the primary relationship lead for newly signed Belgium restaurants, ensuring they hit key operational metrics and KPIs during their critical first 60 days.
