Due to the development of John Deere Polska (Business Service Center in Poznań) we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Supply Management Apprentice
Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:
* Order confirmation management support
* Analyze order confirmations received via email.
* Maintain and update an Excel tracking sheet.
* Update order details in SAP (quantity, price, due date) for both Saran and Arc-les-Gray units.
* Support for France electronic invoicing regulation
* Collect supplier information from the shared mailbox (communication handled by another team member).
* Update supplier accounts in the John Deere Supplier Profile module.
* Operational support for planning activities, including:
* Parameter updates – Maintain purchasing document and material master data in SAP.
* Document transmission – Handle internal SAP document transfers and resolve related errors.
