Quality Technician (m/f/d)
Goods Receipt Inspection & Non-Conformance Materials
Your Responsibilities
* You are responsible for quality control and reporting of incoming goods and non-conformance materials.
* You are responsible for auditing internal quality processes and system accuracy (5S and SAP).
* You perform quality measurements using, among others, the 3D measuring arm for PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), regular releases or RCAs (Root Cause Analyses).
* You maintain contact with suppliers regarding non-conformance materials.
* You support the Assembly Quality Technician or lead various quality issues (RCA) within the production processes (low or medium high complexity).
* You support and initiate CI (Continuous Improvement) projects.
* You act as a backup for the Assembly Quality Technician.
What Skills You Need
* You have at least a MBO level of working and thinking.
* Experience with quality processes is a plus.
* You value teamwork, work in a structured manner and remain calm in stressful situations.
* You have good communicational and social skills.
* You take a facilitative approach towards colleagues and suppliers.
* You have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German is a plus, but not required.
* You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
