from Datadog careersWe are seeking a strategic and analytical, forward-thinking Director, Compensation Programs to lead the design, implementation, and management of global compensation strategies across a fast-paced, high growth landscape. What you’ll do:
- Lead the strategy, design, and execution of global compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity
- Oversee end-to-end compensation operations, including annual cycles (merit, bonus, promotions, equity refresh) and incentive plan management
- Drive market competitiveness and pay equity through benchmarking, analytics, and continuous program evaluation
- Ensure compliance with compensation regulations while monitoring industry trends and evolving best practices
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, while building and leading a high-performing compensation team
Who you are:
- 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including leadership roles and global or multi-region program management
- Deep expertise in compensation design, job architecture, and incentive programs
