Job description
from Datadog careersThe Team:
The GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate – Sales Development & AI will join a global team driving Datadog’s next phase of growth, with a dedicated focus on our Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization & driving SDR productivity through AI solutions.
We’re interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds in tech, management consulting, investment banking, and business development to accelerate Datadog’s global growth. We work directly with Datadog’s most senior leaders to set corporate strategy, launch new GTM programs, improve efficiency across the business, and support data-driven decision-making.
In this role, you will act as a key partner to SDR leadership, helping shape their highest priority initiatives.
The Opportunity:
As a GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate – Sales Development & AI, you will play a pivotal role in driving impact for our global SDR organization and defining our SDR AI roadmap. This is not a purely strategic role — it is equally focused on building, launching, and deploying solutions that improve SDR & sales productivity, efficiency, and pipeline generation. This is an especially exciting time to join the team, as we actively test and deploy new AI-driven solutions across the Sales organization.
This role offers the opportunity to make immediate, tangible impact by designing and implementing initiatives end-to-end — from identifying problems, to developing solutions, to driving adoption across the organization.
