from Datadog careersDatadog is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing global Campaign Operations team, reporting to the Director of Campaign Operations. As the first Campaign Operations hire in the LATAM region, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape and drive our regional email strategy. You’ll work closely with marketing partners to lead campaign execution, optimization, and performance reporting while helping to scale programs for a fast-growing business. This role offers significant autonomy and impact, along with close support from our global team and cross-functional collaborators.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development and execution of ad hoc and automated email programs in Marketo
- Segment and manage lead databases to ensure accurate targeting, including partitioning for co-marketing and partner contacts
- Oversee tagging, tracking, and lead flow processes for partner-sourced leads, proactively identifying risks and optimization opportunities
- Analyze and report on campaign performance to uncover insights, recommend improvements, and implement changes
- Partner with regional marketing and go-to-market teams to align campaign execution with strategic goals and best practices
