Payroll Controller - Part Time Job

Objectives of this Role
- Manage end-to-end payroll administration in an accurate and timely manner.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including creating new employee records and processing termination paperwork in compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social benefits requirements.
- Prepare payroll-related reports, including 102 and 106 forms, and assist with payroll accruals and account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with pension agents and manage employee social funds, tax, and national insurance deductions.
- Maintain a high level of service, confidentiality, and accuracy in all payroll-related activities.
- Certified Payroll Controller.
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a global company.
- Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws
- Experience working with Hilan - an advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills - must.
- Familiarity with fringe benefits and social benefits regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High proficiency in English.
