The Talent Readiness team is a strategic enabler of CrowdStrike’s growth, ensuring our talent strategy is executed with precision, scale, and measurable impact. We partner closely with Human Resources (HR) Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to activate enterprise-wide initiatives that drive performance, career development, and organizational effectiveness.
