Cisco’s acquisition integration ecosystem is an experienced, close-knit, cross-functional team that grows with the dynamic (and oftentimes ambiguous) nature of integration with the shared goal of helping acquired businesses succeed at Cisco and achieve the agreed-upon business outcomes.
Your Impact
As a pivotal member of the Corporate Development Integration (CDI) team, you will play a key role in driving Cisco’s growth and business transformation. You will support strategic programs—including acquisitions, partnerships, divestitures, and joint ventures—by articulating value drivers, managing operational risk, and helping to build the achievement of value foundations.
You will collaborate closely with integration functional leads, senior managers, and subject matter authorities, facilitating alignment, clarity of objectives, and executive consensus. Your ability to connect with and bring out the best in others, even in complex and ambiguous situations, will help ensure successful outcomes for acquired businesses.
