Job description
from Cisco careersWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Partner Account Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be focusing on SMB and Mid Market customers, working closely with our Account team and extended teams to drive business growth. This role will involve aligning with distributors and partners, recruiting new potential partners, and executing campaign programs designed to enhance partner sales of Cisco products.
Who You Are
Business Development
- Identify and recruit potential partners to expand sales in new areas.Develop and execute strategies to drive more business through existing partners and new acquisitions.Analyze market trends and partner performances to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Develop and own Partner Go-to-Market strategy, technology , and new vertical penetration for the Scale market.
- Directly accountable for Net-New logo acquisitions and managing the partner’s overall profitability structure relative to Cisco 360 Partner Program.
Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners. Collaborate with the Account team to ensure alignment and maximize partnership opportunities. Act as a point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across all Cisco organizations (Sales, Engineering, Marketing)
Program Campaign Execution
- Manage Channel Partner 360 Program with key focused partners. Working closely with Channel Team to design and implement partner-focused campaigns to increase sales.
