Your Opportunity:
Chewy is seeking an Associate Director Product Manager within our Product Management team in HR. This team plays a critical role in crafting innovative, user-centric experiences that drive business outcomes. As a senior individual contributor, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of large, complex, and novel products. You will also play a direct role in the long-term strategy of a broader product portfolio.
In this role, you will bring deep product expertise, critical thinking, and strong executional capabilities to lead initiatives that have broad cross-functional impact. You will influence leadership, manage ambiguity, and drive clarity across organizational boundaries while developing and evangelizing product vision.
What You’ll Do:
Own the end-to-end customer and business experience for a large and complex product that contributes to Chewy’s long-term strategy
