About the team/role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Revenue Operations Manager to lead and optimize the sales operations of our Commercial new business sales team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on driving efficiency and delivering impactful results. You will play a crucial role in shaping our growth trajectory by identifying opportunities, defining strategies, and ensuring their successful execution. This role is pivotal in ensuring our sales organization runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting our high-value account teams in meeting their revenue goals.
What you’ll do
- Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and operational plans to effectively deliver on our quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Drive improvements in sales productivity by simplifying and automating processes where possible.
