Job Description

At the moment, this role is focused on:

• Acting as the strategic data partner to Product and Engineering leads across the Productivity space

• Defining and owning the long-term measurement strategy for productivity workflows, collaboration and AI-powered assistance

• Identifying step-change growth opportunities and helping the group set bold, data-informed goals

• Leading complex, multi-squad experimentation and ensuring strong decision frameworks are in place

• Building clarity across interconnected surfaces — aligning metrics across editing, workflows, collaboration and downstream impact

• Coaching and growing senior data scientists while raising the bar for strategic thinking and influence

• Anticipating future risks and opportunities through proactive insight generation
