About the Role: We are looking for Quality Assistance Engineers to join our International team and help drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention by ensuring the highest quality standards in our growth-focused experiments and features. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and data analysts to enhance the quality, reliability, and performance of our growth initiatives during the development cycle. Responsibilities

• You will be the main driver for improving quality in the growth team and will work with key stakeholders to drive process, tooling, and testing changes.
• You will be responsible for creating the test strategy for the team's projects, with a focus on shift-left QA activities instead of just test execution.
• You will need to monitor and analyse test results, collaborate with developers and product managers to debug issues, and ensure swift resolution.
• You will work with data analysts to verify experiment results, ensure accurate data tracking, and help with potential root cause triaging.
• You will also be the subject matter expert for the team's testing and product knowledge, driving knowledge sharing and documentation for your team and other teams' software engineers and QA.
