Job Description:
Broadcom's GTO team is seeking a high-energy, technically proficient Electrical Hardware & AI Integration Engineer to serve as a critical bridge between our IT infrastructure and our core Design Engineering business units.
In this role, you will not just support systems; you will provide hands-on expertise in hardware design and power electronics to ensure our technology stack evolves alongside our engineering needs. You will be tasked with leveraging emerging AI technologies to accelerate engineering workflows, automate circuit analysis, and optimize hardware development lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Interface: Act as the primary technical liaison between GTO and design engineering teams to translate complex hardware requirements into scalable IT solutions.
Hardware Validation & Analysis: Utilize expertise in Worst Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA) and sensitivity analysis to evaluate performance margins for automotive and aerospace-grade hardware.
AI-Driven Acceleration: Identify and implement emerging AI tools to automate repetitive engineering tasks, such as electronic component modeling in PSpice or signal integrity data analysis.
PCB & System Design: Support the development of mixed-signal hardware, including schematic design, component selection, and multi-layer PCB layout using tools like Altium Designer or Cadence.
