Role description

 

This role offers an early-career professional the opportunity to assist the Business Excellence team in the implementation of an AI strategy across Global Business Services (GBS). As an AI Intern, you will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation, helping teams explore and implement Generative AI solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and AI champions to support AI initiatives, contribute to training and communication activities, and help measure the impact of AI adoption across GBS.

 

 

This role provides a determined contract of 6 months, a working schedule of 6 hours/day and a hybrid way of working with an onsite presence of 2 days/week.

 

 

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

 

AI Adoption & Enablement

  • Supports the rollout and internal adoption of approved AI tools across GBS, following global strategy, to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Assists in delivering training and awareness sessions for GBS employees, in alignment with the enablement plan  to ensure high AI literacy.

  • Guides colleagues in experimenting with AI assets like Gemini Gems  following best practice frameworks, to drive innovative problem-solving.

  • Develops user-friendly guides and FAQs , based on functional requirements, to simplify the user journey for AI adoption.

 

Analysis & Value Tracking

  • Collects and analyzes data from AI pilots in accordance with the measurement defined to evaluate project feasibility.

  • Maintains dashboards and productivity reports, aligned with Business Excellence standards to track the business benefits of AI.

  • Documents  AI use cases and success stories, following internal knowledge protocols, to capture lessons learned across the organization.

 

Research & Innovation

  • Researches  emerging AI trends , in alignment with the roadmap , to identify new business applications. 

  • Evaluates potential automation opportunities, following continuous improvement methodologies , to improve overall process efficiency.

  • Tests and validates new AI tools , according to technical deployment standards, to ensure readiness for wider GBS rollout.

 

Communication & Knowledge Management

  • Gather updates  for the monthly AI newsletter, in line with the GBS communication strategy , to celebrate successes and share tips.

  • Creates  engaging AI-powered content , following brand guidelines, to promote AI initiatives across internal platforms.

  • Updates  the GBS intranet  in accordance with knowledge management approach, to maintain a central hub for AI resources.

 

Project & Stakeholder Support

  • Gathers requirements and feedback  from GBS functions, following stakeholder engagement plans  to align AI solutions with business needs.

  • Prepares presentations and business cases, to support decision-making for AI.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, following the GBS COE operating model, to ensure effective knowledge sharing.

 

Role Qualifications and Requirements

 

  • Demonstrates a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence, specifically Generative AI (GenAI), and its functional application within a corporate landscape.

  • Possesses familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot; practical experience via academic, personal, or internship projects is highly regarded.

  • Exhibits robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to gather requirements, analyze data, and evaluate business use cases.

  • Capable of conducting research and feasibility assessments to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation, training materials, presentations, and business communications. 

  • Maintains high attention to detail and the ability to organize and manage information with efficiency.

  • Displays a proactive and curious mindset, with a strong willingness to master new technologies and explore innovative solutions.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with specific expertise in PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization.
