This role provides a determined contract of 6 months, a working schedule of 6 hours/day and a hybrid way of working with an onsite presence of 2 days/week.

 

 

Role description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Learning & Development Intern to join our HR Team and play a vital role in bringing our learning, culture, and inclusion roadmap to life. Your day-to-day will be a dynamic mix of hands-on L&D operations—like organizing on-site workshops and ensuring learning data accuracy—alongside creative projects, such as designing engaging communications & presentations, and supporting our AI upskilling initiatives & events. 

 

 

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assists in planning and organizing on-site learning initiatives (workshops, training sessions, peer-learning initiatives).

  • Handles L&D administrative tasks and reporting, ensuring data accuracy within our Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Helps implement our AI upskilling program along with other AI-related events and initiatives.

  • Keeps a pulse on the latest trends in AI to help the team stay ahead of the curve.

  • Designs high-quality learning materials, slide decks, newsletters, and infographics that make complex info easy to digest.

  • Assists the team in other initiatives related to culture, inclusion, and career development.

 

Role Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proactive Mindset: A fast learner who is curious, responsible, and takes initiative.

  • Detail-Oriented: Focused on high data accuracy and quality control.

  • Effective Communicator with proficiency in written and oral English.

  • Organized Planner: Solid planning and organizing abilities to help bring on-site workshops and events to life.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiar with Google Suite and AI tools.

  • Creative Eye: Experience or strong interest in designing engaging visuals and presentations.
