We are hiring two Senior Data Scientists in the Marketplace Department at Booking.com, each aligned to a distinct sub-scope:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

  • Loyalty & Incentives Insights: We drive the strategy of our Genius and Incentives programs through rigorous experimentation and incrementality measurement. We aim to understand traveler loyalty and build scalable frameworks that optimize our commercial incentives, working in close collaboration with ML and Product stakeholders

  • Trip Management & Order Insights:  We focus on improving the traveler experience by providing the right help when needed and enabling communication between travelers, partners, and customer service. We build scalable product solutions — including GenAI-powered ones — to the most significant and persistent decision-making challenges in the trip management space.
