The Role:
The BeyondTrust International Payroll analyst is responsible for processing the global payroll cycle of 400+ International Employees to ensure accurate payroll preparation/processing and related responsibilities such as tax filing and reporting, benefits-records administration, and payroll systems maintenance.
What You’ll Do:
Duties are to process end-to-end payroll process to ensure accurate and timely end-to-end execution of the Global monthly payrolls in the following countries: Australia, France, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Israel within the CloudPay payroll software and UKG HRIS system.
- Validate gross-to-net payroll calculations, process payroll registers, validate accuracy and completion of data to ensures proper processing of earnings & deductions related to employee/employer taxes, benefit elections, and statutory requirements.
- Firm understanding of base salary/hourly wages, variable compensation (commissions, bonus, incentive pay), pension and retirement contributions, expense reimbursements, severance and termination payments in accordance with local labor law, paid time off, vacation accruals, sick and parent leave, benefits, garnishments and statutory withholdings
