Essential Job Duties
As a Senior Product Designer (Senior UX Designer) at BambooHR, you will design the behavior (interaction design) and visual UI of new product features while improving the usability and effectiveness of existing products. In addition to core product design responsibilities, you will actively experiment with AI-assisted design workflows and explore thoughtful applications of AI within the product to improve customer efficiency, clarity, and decision-making.
You will gain deep insight into customer behaviors and needs through research, identify opportunities where AI can responsibly reduce friction or cognitive load, and communicate innovative, human-centered solutions. In short, we will look to you to create products that people love to use.
