We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. Leading the Production Planning function while collaborating with a cross-functional team, this role will require collaborative and in-person work to be effective. The Production Planning Manager is responsible for managing a team that supports all production planning activities across a portfolio, as well as facilitating technical support for designated programs. This includes guiding team members to resolve problems and escalating critical issues in a manner that allows for effective resolutions. Primary relationships include Value Stream Managers, Production Managers, Supervisors/Leads, Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers, Supply Chain, Operations, and Security personnel. In addition to supporting program execution, a Production Planning Manager is required to support defining and executing on customer defined value, strengthening team member problem solving skills, and hosting effective operational sessions that require positive team member engagement.
