Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of all programmatic functions throughout the shipyard, including external communications with customers and senior leadership teams
- Drive innovation and solutions, facilitating alignment of corporate investments with customer needs
- Develop and direct the overall program strategy across Navy and Commercial Ship Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul, and Modernization Programs, as well as Fabrication programs
- Oversee proposal and pre-production activities through leadership of the Program Management Office (PMO)
- Ensure successful execution of programs during pre-production, production, and availability closeout phases
- Ensure program compliance throughout all availabilities, from initial solicitations to end of availability
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate program performance using the Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- Lead the PMO and Planning department, responsible for BAE Systems Ship Repair Life Cycle Management (LCM) reporting and program execution
