BAE Systems Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Systems (C4ISR) business area is seeking an entry level Program Quality Engineer in the Tactical Systems Product Line. Our Quality Engineering team plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our C4ISR Tactical Systems, which are used by military and government agencies around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team during all phases of the program lifecycle, supporting design and execution activities under the guidance of leadership and program personnel.
- Perform final sell-off activities
- Participate in technical reviews, such as design and milestone reviews, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards. Provide input on risk mitigation and program documentation, integrating quality assurance processes into the program design and execution activities.
- Interface and guide a broad range of program personnel including design, manufacturing, inspection and test engineering.
