This role is responsible for executing change management activities that drive adoption, behavior change, and the realization of business outcomes. The OCM Analyst works closely with programs, projects, and business leaders to implement change impacts, prepare stakeholders, and support individuals and teams through the change journey. By focusing on the tactical delivery of OCM plans, this role helps accelerate adoption, improve proficiency, and ensures a successful transition from the current state to the future state.
