Job Description BAE Systems’ Weapon Systems Master Planning Scheduling group is a trusted business partner within the Program Management function that establishes, statuses, updates, and delivers plans and schedules that enable program decision-making and support delivery of quality products and capabilities to our customers and, ultimately, the warfighter. Our mission is to develop, maintain, and deploy planning and scheduling expertise within the Weapon Systems business to promote and enable robust, disciplined, and consistent program planning, monitoring, and control. A Master Scheduler creates and maintains complex detailed program plans and schedules (Integrated Master Plans, IMPs, and Integrated Master Schedules, IMSs) that guide program execution and serve as the baseline against which performance is measured.
