The Project Analyst - Operations is a vital role supporting the smooth and resilient operation of Navigation and Sensor Systems Operations team. This position serves as a key liaison between production teams, management, and support functions, driving initiatives related to business continuity, employee engagement, site improvements, and process optimization. A critical aspect of this role is to be the voice of the production operators, understanding their challenges and advocating for solutions that enhance their work environment and performance. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, capable of working effectively across all levels of the organization and across multiple shifts.
This is a first shift position working a 5/40 Monday-Friday schedule, flexible starting time.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Business Continuity Planning (BCP):
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the site’s Business Continuity Plan.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to operations.
- Develop and document recovery strategies and procedures for critical business functions.
- Coordinate and facilitate BCP testing exercises and drills, documenting results and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain BCP documentation and ensure it is current and readily accessible.
- Department Metrics:
- Primary coordination of Operations monthly and quarterly metrics reporting.
