from BAE Systems careersJob Description BAE Systems is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to join our team at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant in Radford, VA. The ideal candidate would be responsible for supporting their assigned programs and contribute to the Radford Finance objectives. These objectives include meeting or exceeding financial salients, working with program management to provide timely and accurate forecasts and performance results and contributing continuous improvement ideas. The candidate will have exposure to various levels of management at Radford including the Value Stream Leads, Finance Directors and the entire Ordnance Systems finance and accounting team. This individual will develop relationships as a full business partner by working closely with the Value Streams and program management, support the overall Radford business strategy and provide financial data and analysis required for decision making. Candidate must be able to work effectively with short turnaround job tasking and time constraints as this is a highly dynamic and fast paced work environment. The candidate will be expected to provide financial support, expertise, and guidance to program managers, value stream leads and other cross-functional team members.
