Schedule and Planning Integrator

Job description

BAE Systems is seeking an onsite program scheduling and planning integrator to support our work as a prime contractor on a high-profile U.S. Navy weapon system program. The successful candidate will have experience with the administration and integration of multiple large and complex schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule. We are looking for a professional with exceptional communication skills to coordinate across various technical program teams and the ability to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex scheduling challenges.

This position is responsible for

• Development, maintenance, and execution of processes (existing or not) that support the execution and planning of the technical program requirements using MS Project software and other tools like SSI Tools
• Integrating multiple project schedules that align to program milestones and adhere to schedule best practices
• Creating and implementing schedule template files for use across broad programs and projects that allow for consistent tracking of similar events across multiple disconnected schedules, evaluation of integrated schedules using multiple different schedule data filters to produce schedule outputs and exports
• Assisting other planners and schedulers in the creation, maintenance, update, analysis, and troubleshooting for MS Project schedules

• Managing complex schedule management and integration process for major programs
