Job Description
BAE Systems Cyber Security Products (CSP) group is seeking a dynamic Cyber Engineer II who thrives at the intersection of technology, security, and customer success. In this role, you’ll partner with sales managers, development teams, and internal stakeholders to co‑design secure, cross‑domain solutions for our internal services and U.S. Government customers. You’ll translate complex security requirements into actionable architecture, ensuring that every product delivery aligns with industry best practices and our rigorous compliance standards.

In this job, you will:
  • Work directly with customers to capture requirements, analyze gaps, and architect end‑to‑end cyber‑secure solutions that span multiple domains (cloud, on‑prem, hybrid).
  • Configure, secure, and optimize cross domain platforms, networking gear, and associated security tools across heterogeneous environments.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact during pre‑sales, post‑sales, and operational phases. Conduct workshops, demos, and technical reviews.
  • Perform professional technical work that requires in-depth knowledge and diversified application of NCDSMO RTB requirements.
  • Generate technical documentation (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) of proposed and as-built CDS implementations.
  • Join cross‑functional teams to align product roadmaps with client needs, contribute to pre‑sales engineering, and moderate trade‑off discussions.
  • Attend on‑site delivery, training, or assessment engagements across the U.S. and select international locations. Represent the organization at conferences and client events.
